My mission is to develop the future leaders of our industry.

My vision is to be your mental fitness trainer for continuing education and professional development.

My strategy is to do this in ‘fly-over country’; areas of Pennsylvania located between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Most education providers fly over or drive through us to instruct classes in the metropolitan areas where they are assured high attendance. Attending classes for us means overnight lodging, meals, lots of driving and too much time out of the office. I want to make good continuing education classes more accessible and less costly for this group of producers.
